Bail is set by a Judge or Commissioner at 100% your options are : Pay the full amount to the District Court or and you will get that full amount back when the Defendant satisfies all of the court dates set for that case ,or use a Bail Bondsman and pay a 10% fee .

10% BAIL BONDS:
Bail is set by a Judge Or Commissioner at 10% if you have 10% of the full amount of the bond ($5000.00 bond would be $500.00) you can post that with the District Court and you will get your money back once all of the Defendants court dates have been satisfied or if you do not have the full 10% we will set up an easy down payment and a payment plan for the balance. You will NOT get your money back if you use Bondsman on a 10% bond.
CASH BONDS:
Appointed by Lexington National Insurance Corporation we are the ONLY Bondsman in Montgomery County permitted by the state of Maryland to post cash bonds.
APPEAL BONDS:
Appeal bonds must be posted before 12:00 noon in Montgomery County unless the defendant is inside the courthouse when bail is posted. The appeal fee of $80.00 must be paid to the District Court of Maryland unless your lawyer has done so for you. Other Maryland Counties very on cut off times for Appeal Bonds
IMMIGRATION BONDS:
Require collateral of the amount of the full bail bond as well as a 15% fee.
